Terms and Conditions  Headshot Special

Your photography session includes a photography session  in studio only.

​

You will be presented with images to choose from via an online gallery.  All images will receive  basic editing. Professional retouching of images will incur an extra charge per image.( removal, adding or adjusting images) .

RESCHEDULING – If you are unwell please contact me in writing within as soon as possible.  I understand that  illness/injury cannot be avoided, so I’m happy to reschedule. However, please be aware that a new booking may take a while.  Likewise, if I am unwell, or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you before or on the day of the session.

If you need to reschedule  the session it must be completed within the month of June 2023 on designated days of booking. There is no charge to reschedule due to illness or injury. However, If the session has started there is a $50 fee to reschedule.

TERMS – Fiona Cochrane Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction and copyright (this is outlined in your contract)

All images are copyrighted to Fiona Cochrane Photography, even those you purchase.  Permission must be obtained for Third Party Commercial usage of  any image. This may include an additional usage fee. 

All product purchases must be completed at your selection appointment. All orders are final and no refunds will be issued. By hiring Fiona Cochrane Photography you agree to these terms.

A Photography Agreement that is provided by FionaCochranePhotography must be signed before any photography session can be started.
